Prefab House Nepal Pvt. Ltd. has exclusive design and engineering technology for prefab houses, prefab schools, community hospitals and warehouses — built with a heavy metal structure, cement-board interior cladding, and a strength rolling channel on the exterior wall finished with a CGI-sheet roof. Every structure sits on a strong ground foundation with metal-pipe pillars connected through a nut-bolt system, giving buildings a useful life of more than 25 years while remaining relocatable by truck if required.

Since our inception in 2018, we've grown into a full-service, first-class construction company in Kathmandu, delivering turn-key solutions across construction, interior execution, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), maintenance, firefighting systems, general contracting, and project management consultancy — always on time and on budget.

After the 2015 earthquake left many of Nepal's schools damaged or destroyed, we engineered a fast-build response: a nut-bolt jointed connection system with a tie-beamed metal-pipe framework and UPVC-panelled walls, letting us rebuild classrooms safely and quickly in both urban and remote communities.
