General
Yes. Prefab House Nepal Pvt. Ltd. was registered at the Company Registrar Office, Nepal in 2015 (VAT No. 603507373), and has operated as a full-service prefab construction, insulation and acoustic company since 2018.
Construction
Prefab construction is roughly 60-70% faster than traditional brick-and-cement building. A small modular room (around 18 sq.m) can be assembled in about four hours by two laborers, while full homes, schools and commercial buildings typically complete in weeks rather than months.
Services
Yes. Alongside prefab construction, we supply and install Rockwool, GlassWool, XPS, EPS and aluminium-foil insulation, and provide dedicated acoustic soundproofing for studios, offices, hospitals and hotels — sold individually through our Shop or as part of a full building project.
Payments
Request a free consultation through our Consultation page, or add specific materials to your quote list from the Shop and submit them at Checkout. Our team follows up with a site survey and formal quotation — final pricing depends on quantity, site conditions and current material rates.
Shop
Yes, we deliver Rockwool, GlassWool, aluminium foil insulation and our other shop materials across Nepal. Delivery timing depends on your location and order size — this is confirmed as part of your quotation.
