By accessing prefabhousenepal.com.np or submitting an inquiry, consultation request, or order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Quotations & Orders
Prices and specifications listed in our Shop and Services sections are indicative. A binding quotation is issued only after a site survey (where applicable) and written confirmation from Prefab House Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of agreed advance payment, typically 25–30% during signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or contract.
3. Project Timelines
Estimated construction and delivery timelines communicated on this website or during consultation are good-faith estimates. Actual timelines may vary due to weather, site access, material availability, customization requests, or force majeure events.
4. Payments
Payment schedules are defined per project in the signed agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of site work until settled. All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of VAT unless specified.
5. Warranty
Structural components carry a useful-life expectation of 25+ years under normal use and maintenance, as described on our service pages. Specific product and workmanship warranties are defined in individual project contracts and vary by material and scope.

All content on this website — text, images, designs, and the Prefab House Nepal logo — is the property of Prefab House Nepal Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from services rendered shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu Valley, unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract.
