Support structural design, site supervision and quality assurance across our prefab, RCC and acoustic construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience with structural analysis and site supervision
- Familiarity with Nepal's building codes and NBC standards
- Valid two-wheeler license preferred for site visits
Construction
Site Supervisor
Kathmandu Valley (multi-site) Full-time
Oversee day-to-day construction activity on prefab and acoustic installation projects, coordinating labor teams and material delivery.
- 2+ years construction site supervision experience
- Working knowledge of prefab steel-frame or RCC construction
- Strong communication with labor teams and clients
- Willingness to travel between active project sites
Sales & Marketing
Business Development Associate
Khumaltar, Lalitpur Full-time
Generate and follow up on leads for prefab construction, insulation and acoustic projects, and support client consultations and quotations.
- Strong communication skills in Nepali and English
- Interest in construction, real estate or B2B sales
- Comfortable with CRM/lead tracking tools
- Prior sales experience a plus, not required
