Our EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) sandwich panels use a fire-resistant calcium-silicate surface layer over an EPS core. Standard size 1220mm x 2440mm (custom sizes available) in 50/75/100/150mm thicknesses, withstanding up to 1000°C for 4 hours and reducing sound transmission by 40-50dB when combined with acoustic foam — ideal for studios, meeting rooms, schools and control rooms.
